The best tennis match ever played???!!!

To start things out, I'll say this, I'm a nationally ranked tennis player. Yes, I'm a huge baseball blogger but I'm a nationally ranked tennis player. I'm not sure if any of you are tennis fans, but one of our American guys was part of history as the longest match in history unfolded. The Best Ever?

About a week ago, the most anticipated debut in MLB history was made. Stephen Strasburg, of the Washington Nationals, gave up only 2 runs in 7 IP, and struck out 14 Pirates batters. This phenom possesses an explosive, 100 MPH fastball with an 80 MPH 12-6 curve. He blew through the farm system, with a sub 1 ERA. Decisions, Decisions...

Okay, it's time to take a poll. You see, my grandparents from Jersey are coming out and we plan to go to a D-Backs game. They're here 1 week, and arrive tomorrow (June 7). Should we go to see "The Machine" and Carp or go see Jason Heyward in his rookie campaign? I'm very indecisive so far, so I needed some help. Post your vote in the comments section. NBA Free Agency (Update)

Okay, I figured that I would re-evaluate this upcoming NBA free agency class, which, may I say, is ridiculous. First off, we all learned two things from LeBron's interview with Larry King. First, that the Cavs have a supposed "edge" in signing Mr. James over other teams in the league. In my opinion, this is TOTAL garbage. Yes, I called his bluff. What Was...But Wasn't

It's so depressing to hear that the perfect game that was taken away from Armando Galarraga...will stand, and not be overturned by Bud Selig.

It would have been the only time in MLB HISTORY that 3 perfect games were thrown in 1 season, and we are actually able to experience history. Give The Kid The Perfect Game!

Okay, the talk of this last day or so has been the blown call that cost Armando Galarraga of the Tigers a Perfect

Game. And since then, the league has stated that the call will not be overturned, meaning, the Perfect Game doesn't count. But anyhow, it was a Perfecto. It is as clear as day.
